Bürestubel - Reservar uma mesa

The first time I went to the Burestubel restaurant, although not being able to speak the language, I felt like I was in my own home, such welcoming people always smiling and laughing with all the clients, a very happy place. Beautiful setup of flowers...plants and trees. A warm sensation when sitting in the inside dining area. Clean well dresses waiters. A clean open kitchen for public viewing so you can also wave at your chef!!! The food very pretty to see on arrival at the table although I didn't get to look at it much because I couldn't eat it any quicker it just went down so well, so yummy I will definitely return when I go back to France and I will surely advice it to all my friends.

The traditional farm and interior decoration are beautiful and very authentic. People as well are smiley, helpful and fast in service. The drawback for me is the tarte flambée taste which is clearly one tone lower than the competitor's in the same village. Not cheap...: for for a tarte flambée, a salad and a couple of beers each.

Always good quality in this traditional place. That sunny day gave us the opportunity having lunch on the terrace, with few people around, it was nice and calm. Not cheap. Be careful : no tarte flambée at lunch time.

The food was very good: traditional Alsatian with large portions. We were people but had a reservation. We were promptly served in a nice courtyard. The prices were a tad expensive, but still ok.

Genuine Alsatian house with very good traditional dishes. The only complaint would be a somehow slow service which quality and freshness of the ingredients could explain
