My husband and I went in for dinner yesterday. He had the beef dip with poutine, and I had the crispy chicken wrap, also with poutine. Shared an order of deep-fried pickles. Service at first was pretty good, and the pickles arrived quickly. They were hot, crunchy, and delicious. When our entrées arrived, we noticed that both of our poutine had been held under a broiler, resulting in burned cheese and gravy. The cheese that did not taste or look like cheese curd left a pool of grease on the bottom of the dish. All the fries on the bottom layer were saturated in grease and lost all crispness. Buffalo Bob 's has been the go to for my friend and I for over 20 years. Many of our families have enjoyed this little gem. We both loved BB 's. And when my friend passed, the only place to have his Gathering was of course at BB 's. There is even a gold plaque on one of the tables in memory of him. Then his daughter, another close friend and I have started visiting on Sunday mornings to reminisce. That will probably all end now because of how rude a member of the staff was on one Sunday morning. It 's sad. If only the staff member had handled the situation more professionally. Gave options instead of threats.

Love coming here for wings. The Sir Francis breaded wings are my fave. And most (if not all) of their menu is made from scratch, and you can taste the freshness. Service is always super friendly.
