Buffalo Grill - Reservar mesa

Every time we stayed at the Ibis we came to Buffalo Grill. This was the last years every time. Last week we came here time's. And both time's it was not good. The food itself was just like the years before (good) but...it's surrounding around it which deserves the points of the The first time we got different waiter/waitress. The first was probably new and forgot almost to write down the sauce. The ordered wine has never come (and was also not on the bill luckily. The service after the meal was very slow. The second time was the worst one. The first point was the waitress, The restaurant was open around (nonstop following the website on saturday) but only waitress was there. We could sit but...

Minute walk from the Ibis Thionville Porte de Luxembourg Hotel(see separate review).Visited twice and were quite satisfied.Probably similar to any UK restaurant chain,ie KFC,Frankie Bennies,Weatherspoons,Pizza Hut etc,etc.It is modern with booths mainly,very busy,even midweek(seemed to be lots of locals,usually a good sign of...popularity)Speciality=Burgers Steaks but with other options.Staff are very professional and efficient(moreso than on average compared to their counterparts in the UK) and the majority have a good grasp of English.When entering,wait to be seated by a member of staff,like in Pizza Hut etc.Well worth a visit if you are in the local area.

plus points , bang infront of ibis hotel where we were staying on ledger battlefield tour . huge place with plenty of seating . fast friendly service . carafe of good red wine and half euros . had entrecote steak at nineteen euros and...it wasnt very good . loads of fat . no garnish of peas , mushroom or tomato . bring u little bowl of salad before meal. frozen french fries with steak . had a far better steak the next night at the hotel campollie just round the corner .

Something is wrong with this restaurant concept. Not welcoming on arrival. Service is on demand rather than pro-active. Food is below every standard. I had a tapa first dish, where all I got was fried direct from the freezer. The chilli con carne was a...caricature of the real thing and asking for tabasco I got a copycat far from the real thing. To avoid. there are much better options, to start with a Courte Paille on the other side of Thionville. Reserve uma mesa agora

The concept ago was good, but Buffalo Grill has stayed in a time warp and not moved forward. Service here was sloppy, food average and well over cooked , the waiter dropped a glass on the floor next to us and he left it...there, so I had to tread carefully when leaving not to crunch the broken glass underfoot. I think our love affair with this chain is well and truly over.

First visit and i am likely to return. The selection for a grill was good and the service was very good. I was disappointed with the quality of the meat. My selection had cuts of steak neither was particularly good,albeit the way it was...cooked was fine. On the whole the food could have been warmer. However I have had far far worse meals.

I have a soft spot for Buffalo Grill, the steaks are always perfectly cooked. Visited this one on our journey south and the food as always was great, but an extra stars for our waitress Julie who stayed calm and profession despite half her...tables seemingly celebrating birthdays. Also a friendly welcome when we arrived. Great team

Worst place. I have been to Buffalo Grill before and normally it's fine. But this place seriously sucks. The service is really french that's is rude. The food was icecold. The picture is the untouched starter and the untouched corn on the cob. McDonald's...is around the corner go there Reserve uma mesa agora

Easy going, fast food, friendly service. Great with kids of all ages. It was busy with a great atmosphere the night we were there despite it being just before Christmas. Menu was also in English which helped our poor French skills!

Very good and friendly service. Very attractive location next to the exit of Thionville. Ideal for a good dinner after a long trip
