Buffalo Wild Wings

Tonite we went here. Waitress took so long to come take our order. We thought it must’ve been busy so we were patient. Then when she came and took our order. They forgot our appetizer. We asked another lady if she could bring us it. Then later food came and it was legit cold. No one seems to be in charge. Where the heck is the manager I’m seeing the whole restaurant looking around and waiting. Idk what is up

I'm usually a fan of B-Dubs. However, this last order will be my last. Every single piece of the boneless chicken wings were either hard as rubber, or just a big piece of chicken fat or tendon. We dropped over $100 on chicken only to throw half of it out. Fix the quality of your food or you won't have any customers left.

This places has to be the most ridiculous place on the planet. I am almost rooting for them to go out of business. You order $50 wings and you get two sauces, 2 ranches. Read the room and stop being cheap.

The service is pretty slow and the wings are room temperature every single time I come.
