they close the online order. the website says to call and order. I was informed that they were no longer on-line or on the phone orders when I called that I would have to physically come to place a togo order. then I would expect me to wait an unknown time there for her. I asked what kind of senses made as they would have to make the order anyway, would it no longer make sense to have more time to it vs. I sit there and wait for it? the girl on the phone was quite rude and snippy. they said they were short-time and couldn't work. I said I would understand if I was in the kitchen. Yeah, I worked for dinner. I understand. no reason to be rude for customers. not sure what she tried to argue wit...

Me and my brother went here for dinner, it was not busy at all. when we got seated we were greeted by our server. She was nice, but once we ordered our food she sat down at a table with her coworkers and never checked on us. We got our appetizer and my food came out a little later. But we waited 15 minutes for my brothers food. I guess our server ordered food too and got hers before us and started eating it in front of us. My food was cold By the time my brother got his. We got Spicy wings so our drinks ran out quick. We waited 10 more minutes for more drinks. Then when we finished I needed to use the bathroom and I got in there and there was NO TOILET SEAT. Like. What. The. HeII. We waited...

When we arrived at the restaurant, it was not busy...430ish we ordered and that started waiting. At 530 the last of our order arrived. it came out to three different times. if that was not frustrating enough. another server commented that the kitchen was secured. no idea why only our order was supported. tables that came after us were gone before we had our food! I never had a server coming past the table and saying that it would soon come as often as our server and then not eat. terrible experience! we are not coming back!

he was waiting for the waiter for 5 minutes. has taken our orders and said would return with drinks, but not. some food arrived 30 minutes later. the waitress realized that we did not have our drinks and went and fetched them. has cleaned another of our articles and they have not held any desired item and used the wrong kind of huhn. waitress had to be reminded of another article we ordered and did not receive. the food was good and they got the product they screwed up.

the only restaurant where I can honestly say that I never had a bad experience. no matter how short personal they are, they always do a fantastic work that takes care of guests. all the workers I've ever met here have always been absolutely phenomenal! the wings are always absolutely delicious! Best BWW crew out there!
