Getting there is half the fun. In the excellent Chamoson wine area, you will find this unassuming place at the local tiny train station. The food was simple. We had tuna carpacio, and fish soup, as well as a alsacian saurkraut with meats. All dishes were very well prepared and generously served. Service was nice with good wine advice. The cook puts some asian influence in its preparations it seems, which ads to the originality of some dishes. There are also nice menus for a more diversified experience.
