Buona - Reservar mesa

I live in the condos right next to Buona, and my kids want to eat there at least twice a week. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. The manager, who I believe is a Hispanic male, has a really bad attitude. My recent experience was a complete disaster—my order came out all wrong with no avocado or bacon on my chicken sandwich, my son's sandwich was soggy and lacked cheese, and they mistakenly added hot sauce instead of sweet. My pizza was overcooked and barely had any cheese on it, even though I paid for extra. When I called to voice my concerns, the manager was disrespectful and questioned why I didn't just come back since I live next door. Over...

I have to confess—I used to live just around the corner from Al's Beef on Taylor Street for four years. Whenever the lights went out at Al's, I knew it was time to wrap up my evening. That said, I've developed a keen sense of what authentic Italian roast beef should taste like in Chicago. Now that I live outside the city, I recently visited Chicago again and, not being able to stop by Al's, I decided to try Buona instead. I ordered the Combo Beef/Sausage sandwich, and it was excellent. If I remember correctly, it was just as good as Al's Beef, making my trip to the city truly worthwhile.

The restaurant provides outstanding service and delicious food. It's an ideal spot for lunch, with prices between $30 and $50 per person. Both the food quality and the service, as well as the atmosphere, receive a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Chicken, Buona Beef, and Fries.

I visited the restaurant to order a meatball sandwich on gluten-free bread, but I should have checked first. It turned out to be served on an Italian roll, and I wasn't certain if it was gluten-free. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away. Reserve uma mesa agora
