Burger Express - Reservar uma mesa

I have been coming here for years and always had amazing service. Usually go through the drive Thur. I came today because it is over 80° figured I'd get burgers and milkshakes. I ordered my food and they gave me my shakes right away. I sat with them and then realized my food wasn't coming soon. I had sat for about 10 mins. I stood at the counter and asked the woman if they could re-blend the shakes because they have melted. She said she didn't understand and didn't know what to do because they always give shakes right away and food comes later. She wasn't willing to blend them again even though the shakes are basically just milk now. I sat there ,nothing opened. It would have been different...

Love this place, delicious food! But please remodel in there ! Floors are sticky tables are sticky and dirty. Ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper bottles are dirty ! You remodeled outside please do the same inside! Seats are old and ripped . I asked for my food to go ! Get it together !

A Federal Way gem. We've loved Burger Express for years. Ate here on Monday and got the bacon cheeseburger w/ fries and a banana shake. As delicious as ever. Employee Alondra was great and helpful. Can't wait till next time.

This was about two months ago, but I still remember how much I liked this burger. It was quite fantastic. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely get another! Oh, and their onion rings and BBQ sauce are great too!

I bought my order a while ago and while I was eating it, I found an unpleasant hair in one of my burgers. Rest of the order was good but some attention to quality service is appreciated.
