Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

The employee at the counter, Samuel, was exceptional. He was hardworking, polite, and greeted every customer respectfully. However, the other workers were seen handling food with their hands, preparing their own meals, and being loud and disrespectful. I felt sorry for Samuel, who was respectful to me even though I am a 19-year-old in the military. I spoke to the manager to praise Samuel's work ethic. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was terrible, even for fast food standards. My friend's grilled chicken sandwich looked more like a burnt piece of coal than chicken. I would not recommend this place due to the toxic environment, subpar food quality, and lack of professional hygiene standards...

The restaurant was a mess with spills and food scattered all over the floor. Despite being there for thirty minutes, no one bothered to clean up the mess. This place is terrible and we will definitely not be returning. It is currently 6:48 a.m. and I can see the chaos on the security cameras, confirming my complaints.

The men's restroom was dirty with lots of toilet paper on the floor and no soap in the dispenser. The ordering kiosks at the counter were not working, so customers had to order with an employee at the register. Overall, the service was slow and not up to par for a fast food restaurant like Burger King.
