I found my visit yesterday quite negative: 1. You still can't order online in Zug 2. Despite there being few people, I had to wait quite a long time, >12 minutes, for my menu 3. The music was loud, the number that was called out was hard to understand (that's why I stayed close to the exit) 4. The numbers on the panel were not updated; many numbers that had already been delivered were still displayed as pending 5. Because the guests were not informed (not acoustically, because the music was too loud; not visually, because the display was not maintained), some finished food was left on the serving counter and was not picked up, but was cold. 6. The warm veggie wrap had cold, half-frozen cheese and the tomatoes were soggy. With Twint you can only pay from CHF 20, which is an absolute disgrace. The service employee was not courteous and no one can speak German.

Very nice staff especially Ms. Manhong! She replaced my waffle with the wrong sauce on it without discussion. Very customer friendly, would love to come back.
