Completely overwhelmed staff. The Asian lady at the checkout didn't want to give my 11 year old son a children's menu because SHE claimed that he was already over 12 . Food cold, fries lumpy AND BIGGEST MESS, food is prepared by hand, without gloves by the same people who take money

Ordered in drive, waited a long time, then we didn't get half what we paid for and ordered. That wasn't the first time. I tried calling via cellphone, no one picked it up
