Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

I order 1 impossible burger, with 1 small fries and 1 small drink nothing crazy for my girlfriend. However, during my last visit, I noticed that the lettuce and tomato were both microwaved and hotter than the patty itself. I am wondering why the lettuce and tomato were heated at all when they should be served cold and crispy. The patty was the only thing that should have been hot and fully cooked, but unfortunately, the entire dish was bland. Did not end up finishing the food after a few bites

Staff knew nothing about national televised promotions, portions were small, pancakes were rubbery, tiny w/ little taste. Staff could have been friendlier. Overall, just not a good experience we have lived in Lewisville since birth 50 years ago. Location gone way down hill lately. Back to Whataburger where we will stay!!! There you get what you pay for your monies worth!!!

Just wanted to say how I appreciate the hard work the crew at 121 is doing with sometimes having short staff. Thank you to the crew in the morning, always being nice and apologetic when parking cars. Food is always good even though prices have gone up still enjoying my BK experience

They go above and beyond with the customer service here. My son never wants breakfast and always orders lunch at 9 am. They never act like it's a problem and are happy to do it. Plus one young lady here named Allison was amazing, she needs a raise.

Used to work here the atmosphere is horrible the upper management don’t care about u they over work u to death under staffed under payed and they fire u for no proof
