Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

I just went through the drive through at Burger King on south mayfair rd and national ave in West Allis, WI. I ordered a junior cheese whopper with cheese, no pickle, no onion and extra cheese. What I was charged for was a whopper, heavy cheese no pickleand no onion. What i did receive instead was a whopper with NO CHEESE, lots if onions, and no pickle no tomato and nomayonnaise for over $8.00 and change. Wow-horrible! And the gal that took my order did not read it back to me, even though idid ask to clarify that it had extra cheese on the order. It did have it on the order and i paid for two pieces of cheese withreceiving any. This is HORRIBLE management, and a horrible experience. No wonde...

The soda was flat from both the lobby machine and behind the counter. The fries were stale. The burger was mediocre. Plus I saw the obviously overstaffed employees more interested in just standing around joking than helping the one person that wasdoing their work mopping the store. Also I think it was bring your kid to work day as one of the employees kid was carrying onand not exactly quiet.

I was at this location having lunch. The general manager is absolutely phenomenal. His care and the way he interacts with the customers was incredible to watch. I had to ask for his name. Martez really truly is outstanding to his customers and for thatreason alone will bring me back to this location. Keep up the great work Martez!!

Waited for food for over 40 minutes. Got home and discovered that my order was wrong, I went back to this location, expecting it to be corrected. When I got back home, my order was still wrong! I ordered the new western bacon Whopper, and Instead I wasgiven the regular Whopper. Very unsatisfied with my experience! UNACCEPTABLE!!..

Fast food is supposed to be fast. 10 minutes after you order, you are supposed to be served. I left the drive up without my food because 15 minutes is ridiculously long.
