Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

Ok let me just tell you this is my fav Burger King. The employees are like none other. They treat you with respect. The only one in the state that has great customer service!! I travel a lot around the state for health reasons. I stop by a few Burger Kingsin Winter Park, Port Charlotte, North Port, Weston, Miami. Winter Park workers need to take lessons from this store!!!!!! Thankyou for caring about your customers. Please keep up the excellent customer service in the fast food lane.

I went to the drive-through because the inside of the restaurant was closed. I ordered three types of burgers and two drinks, but they messed up my order. I went back around and it took a long time to serve three cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window, the staff were rude. I had to repeat my order at least five times, but they still got it wrong. I ended up leaving without getting angry. I used to work at a Burger King for years, and it's the easiest job I've ever had.

I am surprised that this Burger King location is still only offering drive-thru service. It is disappointing that they have a parking lot specifically for trucks to come in and eat, but they are not accommodating them through the drive-thru or allowing them to come inside to order. Covid-19 restrictions are over, so they should hire more staff and open their doors. I wouldn't even give this place one star, but I had to provide a rating in order to post this review.

Our food was made hot n fresh not sitting there under a warmer. Staff was friendly. Gave ample BBQ sauce which no one does! They are one of about a half dozen fast food places on that little stretch but those little things make us always choose to go here! Highly recommend!

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because a person named Nick was serving French fries to customers without wearing gloves, causing the fries to touch his hands. Additionally, the soda fountain had minimal syrup. On a positive note, the Whoppers were delicious.
