Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant is usually great, but there have been new employees for lunch in the last few weeks. The manager doesn't seem to care how his employees talk to customers. One employee raised his voice at me and we had a loud verbal exchange in the lobby, while management just watched. It was a complete waste of time and I suggest going to McDonald's down the street for lunch. The service is faster and I've never been disrespected like this at Burger King. I've never been treated so poorly at any establishment. The sweet old woman who used to greet customers should come back.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but the service is consistently terrible. I do not recommend ordering online or through the app, as they are unable to provide any assistance in refunding money for items that are not available. The staff is rude, and I have encountered problems on multiple occasions that have not been resolved properly or addressed by a manager. I suggest going to a different Burger King with better service or even McDonald's nearby. I do not recommend dining at this location.

Years ago I worked here and still like my experiences. Knew many employees have been well trained, but all I have left in the staff with those who are still busy with them are all in management or have gone to other stores as managers. They still serve great quality and still in time. I will always stop here when I am in the area, and always the care that the employees have to continue the trend of friendly and fast in their service.

How do they do it? Hamburgers are always hot and tasty with that 'off the grill ' flavor. Get the Whopper. Crisp toppings and the right seasonings.
