Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

What has happened to this place? Drive-thru menus are falling apart, lights in menu board burnt out, speaker/mic for ordering barely function, exterior wall as I drove up was filthy, can't get a shake because the machine is STILL broken, my burger tasted like the meat was old...everything has fallen into disrepair. Did the owner skip town or something??? BK used to be my fave fast food joint, but apparently this location doesn't care about their quality and hospitality anymore. Really disappointing.
