First off, this is not something I typically do, but I had to update this review bc my latest experience here was just awful. I went thru drive thru late afternoon to grab a late lunch on the fly. My bf ordered a vanilla cone bc it's advertised for $1. And I ordered chicken fries. Pretty simple order if you ask me.....we pay and are waiting for our 2 items when the employee tells us they don't have a working ice cream machine. OK, fine, give us the $1 back. No....he spends literally 12 minutes attempting to get the ice cream machine working w/no success, and then when asked for our money back, you would have thought it was the end of the world! By the time we left and finally got the chicken...
