Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

This has to be the worst Burger King that I've ever been to! I was there on a Sunday and the girl at the counter was training a new kid and they chose to joke around fo a few minutes in front of me while I was trying to put in a order then to top it off my son's food had a nasty curly hair in his fries and when he went to the counter the girl gave him attitude about remaking the fries. This place is very dirty and the employees are rude and unprofessional. Advice to the owner. It's time to clean house and find some new responsible employees before they run your business to the ground. We will not ever return.

The woman with the dark red hair should be fired!!!!! I was out of the drive thru already but waiting for almost 5 minutes for the person in front of me to get her food from a worker still. I couldn’t go anywhere forward and so I thought I might as well back up instead since I could. Well all of a sudden the worker with the dark red hair started yelling at me “Give it a second!” but I told her I’ve been waiting here. And then she started saying “F you!” I know this isn’t a 5 star restaurant in a nice place of town, but I’d expect anyone on the job to be more professional than that!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and every time I do I tell myself it’s the last time. I try to give them another chance about once a year. It’s always the same story. Always long waits, cold food, rude staff, wrong orders, missing food or drinks. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even hot. If I was the franchise owner I would be livid. I don’t know how this location has lasted so long. It looks like Burger King has just given up with even trying to compete with McDonald’s.

I would go to say that this is the worst burger king in florida. I've been here occasionally since I was a child, and it was always bad. they are always out of objects and I would say that more than 90% of my commands are grounded. missing drinks, false drinks, wrong meals, missing burgers, everything. I know you can't ask much about an almost food place, but not disturbing to go here.

Absolutely horrible. I've been trying to get a district manager to call me about an experience for 2 months now. I've called Bk customer service twice and on both occasions, they said I would get a call within 5 days. I'm still waiting for A call. Manager Jasmine needs correction. But all the employees during the day shift need retraining or find a job they are happy in.
