Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

Never have a good experience at this BK. Always a long wait whether at the drive Thru or walk in. My last experience there a few days ago, I ordered food online to pick up directly through the BK app. Was charged for it, app said closes at 8pm. Got there at 6:41pm about 10 mins after I placed my order. Pull up to the drive through. “I’m sorry, we’re closed”. I let her know I placed a mobile order. She said sorry, we’re closed. Reach out to your bank. And that was the only response I got from her. Not sure why they were “closed” at 6:41 on a Monday either…customer service was awful, took my money and received no food. I never had a good experience in this burger king and tonight was absolutely no exception. I ordered a very simple order of a hay fever with nothing on it, but I got a burger with cheese and was charged for the cheese. the hired have not charged this, and all they did was to pull the cheese from my burger, and not even remove everything. I'm allergic to me and if I ate that, it could have hurt me seriously. I would have sued if I had become sick, so I'm glad I caught it before eating. I want a refund for this order and I will never return. I will pursue my refund by company.

Generally, a great experience at this Burger King. The burgers and fries have always been served hot and tasting fresh. We can always rely on the food being good quality at this location. Most of the time, the staff is very friendly and wonderful to talk to. There have been a couple instances of staff not being very friendly and the location being closed outside of normal hours, but those have only been once or twice occurrences out of many otherwise good visits.

39 cent whopper was a joke.no condiments and cold and soggy.If you celebrate the whopper by advertising it at this price then don't skimp on the ingredients.This location in Huntersville should be shut down...Pathetic staff and product.Waited 30 minutes in line for the worst experience ever at fast food restaurant.What a joke this place is.I feel bad leaving 1 starShould be minus 5 stars

The usaual, cold burgers!! They COULD have the BEST burgers IF they would ever serve one HOT!
