Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

You keep getting my order wrong. I always order a double Hamburg heavy ketchup. 8 out of 10 times they give me Cheeseburger. I can't have the cheese because of an allergy, and his Hassel to make the drive again, wait a second time just to do it as it was ordered in the first position. And usually they are warm about it, but there were a few times when the person who takes the orders has an attitude that is not beneficial to treat the situation properly. And as soon as we were asked to go after we were verbally abused by the person who takes the orders. I found that unacceptable and terrible unacceptable. Not to corporate standards.

This Burger King location is nicer than others and it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff is friendly and my impossible whopper was very tasty and made correctly. It was a longer wait in the drive thru than I would like, so I'd suggest they look at how to improve that aspect of their customer service.

This particular BK has never served me cold food. Also much more generous with the extra pickles than others. Seems they haven't raised prices as much as the other fast food chains during the epidemic.

I love this BK. They are always courteous and always get my orders right. They have the best customer service. Conveniently located.

I bought a double whopper but I got a regular whopper. I already back to home. feel sad
