I placed an online order and paid for my food nearly 15 minutes before closing time. I arrived at 7 PM, just before they were supposed to close, but found that the drive-thru lights were turned off. As I approached, they informed me that they were closed, despite the fact that I had ordered prior to their closing time. When I mentioned that I had already paid, they told me that I would need to request a refund through the app, which, to my dismay, has no option for that. I also noticed that two employees were not wearing masks while I was there. I considered taking a photo, but the restaurant seemed concerned about being recorded, as they had posted a sign prohibiting photos and videos. Ulti...
The next day, December 6, 2022, I returned to place an order, but the entrance was closed, even though I could see about five employees inside. Upon entering, I noticed an odd smell and wondered what might be happening. It appeared that the staff were too overwhelmed to handle walk-in orders due to other distractions. I thought perhaps corporate should pay a visit—who knows what might be going on!
This location is the best Burger King in the country. I have been to burger kings around the world and nothing compares to the courtesy and professional. In fact this is the best fast food restaurant all together. The food is so much better then anyother location. I stopped eating Burger King along time ago and now I have eaten here 4 times with my family and I?m beyondimpressed.
This restaurant has issues with orders placed through the Burger King app. Out of six orders, you might only get one correct. The worst part is that they seem indifferent to the problem. Since the charges are automatically billed to your credit card upon ordering, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the fees. This experience was the exact opposite of convenient. We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, and they completely forgot our order. We spoke to an employee who was outside taking a smoke break, but they refused to go inside to check on our order or even let a manager know. We eventually had to leave in frustration. We will not be returning to the Wood Chapel location or any BK in the future.
During my visit, I ordered French toast sticks, bacon, and milk. The French toast sticks were almost perfect but could benefit from an extra 20 seconds in the fryer. The bacon was delicious, but I had a hard time opening the milk container—the seal was so tough that I had to use my teeth to get it off!
We placed our order through the app, but had to wait about 6 minutes. This has its pros and cons: while the food was fresh, the kids weren't very happy about waiting, and then we had to let the food cool down before they could eat. However, the staff was very friendly.
The service at this restaurant was disappointing—staff were rude and inattentive, often seen on their phones instead of focusing on their work. The overall atmosphere was negative due to the bad attitudes of the employees. I truly hope this place closes down soon. Reserve uma mesa agora
