Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The person taking the orders at the drive through was arrogant rushy and rude. Not a single ounce of professionalism, not a single care to get the order right. Everything in my bag was wrong. I try my best to be empathetic to those in the food industry, I too worked in fast food and retail so I know how that feels, so it's not in me to reciprocate the same energy I'm given. But the DM or RM needs to evaluate the staff they have and clean house.

Just know, if you're going through their drive thru... allot at least 30 minutes. Some of the comments are saying that they're overworked... idk... I think people stray away from this location. There's never a lot of cars/people when I go BUT somehow, I always end up in that line for 30 minutes... oh! and they never have the new menu items!

The SLOWEST drive thru in Broward County. They apparently can only handle one car at a time for ordering and the window. You literally wait to order until they are done with the car up at the window. I came one morning and ended up leaving after waiting for 10 minutes to order at the speaker.

I used the drive thru, put my order and received my food in a reasonable time frame. parking: many parking spaces at this location, as the trip thru is mostly used.

This place should be shut down and leveled. This is one of the saddest locations i have visited. Its little wonder how BK stays in business.
