Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

Usually this place is good, and while the food is good I was not pleased with the service I had one evening. I came in at 10pm looked at the sign it says it closes in dining at 12:00 on one, 11:00 on the other so I figured I had at least an hour to dine in after walking in the cold air for ten minutes. After placing the order I was not allowed to make my own fountain drink by staff which was odd because the customer fountain seemed to be working well. I started to walk to the back to sit down, when a staff member yelled at me that the back area was closed, which seemed unnecessary. So I went for a weekday lunch. the line was a little long, but I expected that because of the high schools and the companies close. What I did not expect was that the bathroom we were barricading and nobody allowed to use them. not cool, especially during a busy lunchtime. Isn't that just legal when you serve? I didn't like it from this reason. the food was as expected.

I got an impossible sharpener and since I am very picky, I asked for a lot of changes. I went through the drive thru, and they were really busy, but the person helped me was very patient and beat good sauces to supplement. overall it was a nice experience despite its busy day

I was there last night with boyfriend. We ordered the spicy chicken for takeout. We both ate half our burgers before realizing they were RAW. I used to love BK, but now I will never go back. I called and left a message, no one has got back to me. Beyond disappointed.

eating is really fresh and hot. on the other side, the staff is very friendly and humble. I visit this place every time and I love it.
