Burger King #5535 - Reservar uma mesa

This is the WORST BK I’ve ever been too. From the quality of the food to the customer service, I’d rate zero stars if I could! We went thru the drive thru ordered food. The young girl didn’t even speak just held her hand out waiting for payment, just rude. Then our food was cold old like it was sitting out for 5hrs. We went inside to try get a refund the manager was just as rude disrespectful. Said she couldn’t do a refund for us to call this complaint leave a message. Like lady, I paid for food I can’t even eat. She never once offered to remake it. yesterday in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes. when we came into the window, the girl did not greet us or gave us our sum, but gave us drinks and eating, which were eating; eis had already melted in our drinks and eat crushed and subpared. always something at this place. food: 3/5
