The service is great and the food is hot, but the setting / management could be better. For over a year, I have visited this BK for a quick meal on hurly days and they always have a fast service and the order I want in the way I want it. I give them 4 stars. I draw out 1 star because in the last few months there was a manager here who never seems grateful or kind. Apparently, some employees were infected with the same icy glares, domes and downcast faces, although some were very pleasant. With an adjustment adjustment and possibly a management change, this location could have everything!
Today I ordered thru in the drive before I realized that I didn't have my wallet with me. My order was $10 the manager wanted to give me my order completely free, but I had a $5 bill in my console that I gave him. I was very happy to do that. I know he didn't have to, and he saved me a lot of trouble.
