Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

I was picking up two online orders at the drive thru and they had me go to the front to park, only to come out and ask what I ordered, because they had deleted it from their screen. After misunderstanding me they wanted me to drive around to the window again and tell what I had ordered. I decided to go inside, because the drive thru line was so backed up. I tried to show them my order from my phone. After describing my order multiple times they still got the order wrong. I was a burger short, one burger had the wrong items on it, I had an extra order of fries, extra nuggets, and an extra shake. They used to be so good here, but not recently. I been coming to this bk for years but this last few months have been horrible at this location. It pains me to complain because we all want to work hard and get paid. That being said it's becoming an issue for order accuracy and I don't want a refund or credit. Just do your job, store isn't busy when I get there so don't understand the poor service. Don't think ill be returning to this location. If you ask me they need new employees or manager's. But change is a must

Will never go to this location again! Staff there have been consistently rude and unprofessional. Orders have often been made wrong and food items not added when paid for and ordered. Worst BK ever!!!

Had a good experience in this spot with my kid. The food came quick and the service is just awesome. Prices are fair.
