Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

Those in charge of thos franchise ought to be ashamed of themselves. This is one of the worst franchises I have ever seen. I'm here to pick up a delivery and it's been almost a 30 minute wait. The manager on duty is playing on her phone. Took one of her gloves off to text, then put the se glove back on. There is one guy doing both drove thru and front cash and can not keep up. I hope they finally take a look at this franchise or the franchise wises up and terminates some of the district managers and director of operations

The dining area is still closed, so we saw a man have to leave because his work van was too tall for their drive through and they wouldnt give him any other way to order. Then when we ordered I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that when recieced the chicken had clearly been either severly overcooked or been left sitting under the heat lamp WAY too long. It was like a rock. Then the lettuce they gave me was one chunk all stuck together still with the stem being a large portion of what I was given. See pictures.

Currently in the drive thru line. One car ahead of me. I'm 19 minutes into my wait. I want to leave but waited this long. 5 more minutes and I give up. Would not recommend if you actually want fast food. Update 23 minute wait and have no food I wanted available. Don't go.

Lousy, unattended service, dirty tables and sticky floor. Drink from the dispenser plain, dark colored water instead of coke. Even a simple order was messed anyway… Despite its convenient location, this restaurant is completely uninviting to visit the chain again!

Unfriendly staff in spite of the store being empty on a Friday night dinner hour. Order was filled wrong by ungloved cook. I can see why Wendy's across the street was busy while this place could have locked the doors. Worst BK I have ever been to.
