Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

Made an online order. Went to drive thru, told my name, was told to go to second window. At the window they didn't have my order. Tried to give me someone else's meal. Told me to pull up and wait. After 8 minutes decided to go in. Was told it was only 2 minutes, which I strongly disputed. After waiting for an additional. Chicken sandwiches were not hoy amount of time, was given my order. .

This Burger King has made a complete change!!! I love it here and even if they are short staff, they still manage to work it out. Our family comes here about 2x each week and my daughter loves the Nuggets and the guy manager always runs to my children with crowns and small things matter that makes my daughter very happy as he calls her superwomen haha. I love this Burger King

I wish I could give negative stars....I believed a BK Big Fish, so I go through, fish is dry, no salad literally a dime size spot of the boom sauce is stale, shaker not working for 3 weeks, from ketchup. Fry oil must not have been heated enough because fries are greasy hot. Why did you even reopen?!

Actually, I'd rather go to Howland. I understand I have to wait ten minutes. Things happen, people are doing great orders, but they don't seem to be ready or understated. We waited for probably 20 if not 30 minutes before we just pulled out and went to MCDS. Definitely it has to change.

15 minute wait at the window for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 value fries. No straws. No apologize for the ridiculous wait. Laziness and poor customer service and communication. People want $15 an hour but can?t even offer an apology for poor service.
