Burger King Restaurant

We were on our way home from vacation today and stopped here for a short break. The first part of our order came fairly quickly, but we had to wait a little for the rest, which wasn't a problem. However, our daughter's drink and ketchup were missing, so my husband went to the cash register again, and that wasn't a problem at first, it can happen, but that doesn't work at all if the employee then becomes rude and argues around. It was missing because there is nothing to discuss. The drink was there but not the ketchup. Food was ok but rather lukewarm. So won't be stopping here again when passing through. Horrible staff and i have this experience every single time i come here. We come here when we‘re on the way for the holiday and every single time the staff was so unfriendly, didn’t understand what i was saying even when i repeated multiple times and even started raising their voice. At first, i waited 5 whole minutes without anyone infront of me while 2 women from the staff were talking and didn’t want to take my order. Only after i asked if the checkout was open, they took my order. Didn‘t feel the need to write a review before but this is unacceptable and recurrent behavior from the staff. never again!!

Terribly uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite fewer visitors, the noise level is extremely unpleasant due to the architecture. The veggie patty was bone dry like it had been waiting for us on the grill all day. The toilet was ok but the attachment on the faucet is a joke... hard to wash your hands. The purpose of the thing? I assume it is intended to prevent visitors from taking drinking water. Completely wrong. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
