The waitress couldn’t find our booking when we arrived, so huffily directed us to a spare table, where we then sat for around 25 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. In the meantime, we could hear several tables around us complaining about the non existent level of service. Perhaps in hindsight we should have left then as indeed another couple did! After placing our orders, it took another 30 mins for our food to arrive, and what a disappointment... overcooked burgers in soggy buns, accompanied by undercooked oven chips covered in plastic cheese. we were the only 4 guests in the restaurant on a Saturday night at 8 o'clock. the service was great, but there was no atmosphere because of the empty place, apart from what we created ourselves. eating was expensive for what it was, with a disappointing meal. the burger was nothing special and for the price was the price-performance ratio bad. we actually felt sorry for the manager and chef who seemed embarrassing that it was so empty. on the basis of our experience we will not return. I'm sorry!

there are on the menu that there are gluten-free options. but when we were there, we said it instead of the bungalow on the burger, they wrapped it in salat! and with the chips they said they were gluten-free but they were cooked in the same friier as the tweeled rings. the whole reason I chose this place was because my friend has celiac! so we need gluten-free options. it was very disappointing.
