Food very nice and a very nice atmosphere too. The service polite but extremely slow and disorganised. We all ordered within about 3 mins difference from eachother and all got food at different times with about 20 min difference . And we had to also remind them about other food items we ordered to finally get them to our table. Also we ordered some tea at the end, after 25min waiting we asked if it’s getting made and they chased it up and then after it got served we got wrong teas and no spoons to stir them and all. I got my drink in a plastic cup too? Service in general was very polite and in a way professional but it felt like something is wrong with their system as them seemed to have abs...

After reading more negative reviews than positive ones, I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I must say, I absolutely loved it. Although my food order was slightly incorrect, the male waiter quickly rectified it without any hassle. The food itself was top-notch, deserving of a 5-star rating. I hope my next visit is just as enjoyable as today's experience, as I would hate to never return. However, based on the negative feedback I've seen about the service, the restaurant may want to consider easing up on the strictness with wristbands, especially considering the high prices customers are paying for their meals. I have given 5 stars based on two meals from recent visitsI had both from the specials board, they both really hit the spot in taste presentation, cost and originality. One a stuffed and wrapped in ham chicken breast, other meal was salmon noodle dish. My wife wasn't quite as impressed with her choices tho. Deserts always very nice. We enjoy the atmosphere on a quiet weekday but could be a bit lacking for others, staff are friendly and helpful, waiting time for service was good too. Main problem for a first time visitor is getting in the place, walking along double yellow lines facing oncoming traffic. After that tho it an attractive place to come into.

Came on Friday the 13th for my mum's 70th. Loved every minute. From booking to leaving the service (especially from Joanne the receptionist) was fantastic. The spa treatments were gorgeous and the afternoon was lush. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you for helping make mums birthday very special Reserve uma mesa agora

Visited today for the first time with the family we were met by Simon the manager and seated excellent service the food was amazing only a few staff members on and it was busy but they did a amazing job we will definitely be here again thank you

We came for Royston swimming groups Christmas do and the food drinks and the staff were all great thanks to everybody who made us feel welcome xxxx
