the first impression was a nice place, romantic and very simple. the food was also nice, but the portions were much too small. the starters looked like a snack, the pastas looked like a starter. some of the dishes very tasty, some. others quiet blande. the fact that the pasta is homemade, I expected an additional taste that they probably did not find anywhere else, but I had not felt the wow that I had expected. overall was very expensive place for what we had, especially a very small glass wein paid £8. it was not worth the price and the worth of what we paid. the waiter made average performances, was not involved as I expected. We popped in at 14:30 on a Saturday. The take away pasta cleared out and them hustling to fill it. It was busy, full at the back, 14 covers to be exact, with 2 tables in the front both empty but dirty! We waited for...them to clear it. The pasta chef had to stop making pasta and made several separate trips to clean and re lay the table, it took a while. We got olive gin and tonics to start and shared the antipasti with their truffle hazelnut tortellini. Clearly in a tizzy with one waiter on the floor, the room felt un kept and dizzy. Whilst the texture and flavour of the filling was great I felt it a little under done.

the waitress was absolutely beautiful and the restaurant itself is simple but very sweet. the pasta was tasty, but was not outstanding and for £15/16 a teller, I expected something special. the cannoli were very tasty and the white wein was interesting and unique tasting....But we have paid £80 for 2 teller pasta, something brot, 2 cannoli and a bottle of wein that felt just too much when the portions were not huge. we were also charged for the quiet water that I did not expect. I wanted to love the restaurant because the service/the atmosphere was great, but it was too expensive.

Came here on a Friday night with a friend. It wasn't as busy as we'd expected. It had a good atmosphere and the deco was on point the staff were really friendly. Having heard amazing things, I had high expectations. We went for the...burrata, prawn pasta and the signature pasta. In all in all we were pretty disappointed. The plates were small, the signature dish was really average. I'd recommend Lina stores or Padella instead... the prices are way better food a lot more flavoursome. Reserve uma mesa agora

I have been to Burro e Salvia several times during the last 3 years and i have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. They source the best ingredients available from Italy. All pasta is handmade, fresh every day, and the sfoglia is superb: hard...to find this quality !!! The wine selection is amazing too.

I buy pasta from the deli regularly and am always happy with the quality it makes for a quick, tasty and easy meal for one person (although admittedly, would be expensive for a family). I also ate lunch here when the restaurant reopened after...lockdown. The food and service were great, as usual.

a very authentic Italian restaurant. the food was delicious and serving suitable for the quality of food. the personal has constantly charged our water of conduct without causing something that is unfortunately lacking in many restaurants. loved the minimalist decoration. will definitely return.

the pasta was so fresh and tasty i probably could've eaten every dish on the menu, the service was amazing everyone was so kind and welcoming and the restaurant itself was very tidy and beautifully decorated. 10/10 will definitely recommend and come back again. Reserve uma mesa agora

Very small restaurant (cafe but serving delicious home-made pasta. And delicious desserts and an excellent coffee to follow! We there for lunch when it was very empty and I imagine that the atmosphere would be very different when full in the evenings.

fresh pasta shop with a few tables on the back . excellent short menu . fantastic eating and super service . one of these wonderful fund . will return as soon as possible
