The food at Bury Me Standing is fantastic! My wife, who has tried several New York bagels, says that the bagels here are even better. This is the best bagel we have ever had. Paired with their delicious coffee, this is a must-visit for vegans and vegetarians in Hobart. They offer real cream cheese, vegan cream cheese, all vegan desserts, meat-free bagel hot dogs, a takeaway shop front, a cosy dine-in area, and friendly staff. Bury Me Standing has everything you could ask for in a restaurant.

The coffee is average, but the bagels, oh the bagels. Savoury or sweet, they have you covered. The Apple and cranberry with butter and cinnamon sugar or the jalapeno and cheddar with cream cheese, you are totally in for a winner. They also have a stand at the Salamanca markets, sold out early afternoon when we went.

Great coffee and friendly staff, quirky little cafe. Loved the little takeaway section for the bagels separated from the cafe, should have tried one but ate too much for breakfast! They looked great.

The bagels at this restaurant are absolutely lovely, and the service is equally outstanding.
