Bush Inn - Reservar uma mesa

On our second visit to Cockermouth, we weren't sure where to eat and we needed a dog friendly pub, and we were lucky enough to find The Bush. This cosy little pub has a good buzz about it and Paula and Tim, the owners, are welcoming and helpful. The food was first rate and good value for money my wife had a Cajun chicken salad and I had the steak pie (it was a proper pie, as well, with decent chunks of beef and a top, bottom and sides! . We liked Cockermouth and will visit again, and The Bush is another good reason to come back.

This is the second time we have been here now and it certainly doesn't disappoint! Lovely cosy friendly pub and the landlady, Paula, is so friendly! We tried the food this time and it was lovely! I had the homemade lasagne which was amazing and my husband had locally sourced Cumberland sausage which he said was really good! Great value for money too! Definitely recommend and looking forward to more visits!

had a wonderful afternoon drink at the bush. perfectly conditioned ales, they had 8 ales in the offer, which is a triumph in his own right. also with us who own a pub, we appreciate the hard work tim, paula and leah in the bush to keep their beer in such an acute state. it is certainly the best maintained pub in cockermouth, a real sound. will certainly be back for a **** good pint.

Lovely friendly pub. Food was great. Dog friendly inside pub and in beer garden. We had a lovely lunch on Saturday in their beer garden soaking up the sun. We wish the new owners ever success and will definitely be back.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch here today. Really good food and plenty of it. Good selection of beers including real ales. Friendly staff and patrons. The pub had a nice wee vibe to it which we enjoyed. We will be back.
