A tradition in Switzerland in October, the hunting menu we took the hunting slate and it was really delicious! Beautiful presentation and a nice 200g piece of meat accompanied by vegetables. For dessert, vermicelli with mulled wine (typical hunter menu) Thank you for the warm welcome and superb hunting decor
