Fit for a foodie. As superb as the food was the service was even better, and that's saying a lot. Amazing date night here and waiter Jason was top notch. There were a couple mistakes made on miscommunication in ordering twice but Jason always fixed it, even though it was our mistake. Manager came out twice to check on us and was very gracious and genuine. Ambiance inside is farmhouse trendy with a European touch and well appointed. The noise level was a little high inside for a quite date night so we sat outside and they even turned down the music for us. Amazing atmosphere; definitely not understated decor but the staff was top of the line and the food excellent. Loved the different takes on the Mediterranean dishes! The lam ribs are too die for; as was the shrimp saffron rice. Special thanks to Franklin who was so charming and helpful; attentive without being intrusive and to Giorgos for coming over to make sure everything was great.

We had an amazing time at Byblos. We were 7 friends celebrating a birthday together. The food was delicious, everything that we ordered! Together we have traveled 6 continents and have dined in the best of places worldwide and I must say we had one of the best and most unique dinning experiences ever! Can't wait to come back to Byblos!

The food was fantastic and our server Mario was great! He was very knowledgeable on all the dishes. Every dish had very distinctive flavors which made it all the more enjoyable. We went for the Miami Spice Menu and it did not disappoint!

Byblos is excellent. Beautiful room (feels like you're in someone's home), great service and food, and the manager, Alex Gilardi is the best! I would highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.
