The restaurant had published vouchers for a discounted lunch table in a local magazine. We had made a small tour of the already well crowded Kiel Christmas market at noon and decided to try the daily dishes there. After a short walk the railway station and then the restaurant reached. During the entrance no one was able to see from the service nearby, from the background of the rather expansive guest room we were kindly greeted by an operator. We didn't eat any food as the waitress was scolding us and used a very negative tone while talking to us. We had just arrived and hd reserved a table for 8 people at 8 PM and she didn't want us to use our camera. We had reserved a table from their website and she told us that we should've called and reserved since it was on the same day. How are we supposed to know that? The waiter had blond hair (ponytail). A really bad experience! She's not professional at all.
