Cafe Beignet - Reservar uma mesa

I had read the reviews and was excited about visiting Cafe Beignet. However, I was turned off by the guy in the back cooking and preparing the orders. He was rude and easily agitated. The young lady up front was nice and had a pleasant attitude. When she send an order back, his response was, “it’s going to be a while, tell them get on facebook or something.” I almost cancel my order when the lady in front of me order came up, she asked for another camel dip, when the order was relayed, the man’s response was, “I sent you one up with the order.” She replied, the customer want another one. I guess my expectations of a beignet were too high since I had never had one before but I was not impressed, especially when my daughter came back with only 6 when she had paid for 12, don't know what happened there but wasn't going to go back to get the order corrected. The other 3 in our party loved the ones we got but we still threw away 2 of the 6.

We always look for something new when we travel. This little place was awesome. They have pecan coffee on the menu and do not make it unless a customer asks for it. My husband was in heaven. Beignets were delicious nice and airy with a chocolate drizzle.

Came for some donuts. Unfortunately, they were out of flour due to shipping shortages but were very kind. Suggested we go to the Perido store which had donuts.
