Cafe Bistro Al Aua

This is a great little place, easily found just off the Main Street. We went early as we had not made a reservation and staff kindly found us a table. Lovely atmosphere with staff who were both attentive and friendly. Our family of 4 all had different burgers and we were not disappointed. Appetisingly presented, the food was delicious. High quality ingredients throughout and the chips (not monstrous in proportion as so often is the case) were perfect in crispness and flavour. Would highly recommend.

The burgers are great all cooked in house by the owners who clearly take pride in what they create. It’s not as large an establishment as some of the other places in and around Ischgl, but this is genuinely the best burger joint in the town. Highly recommended and both apres ski and family friendly. Very impressed with the service received by the couple that run the business. Very friendly and accommodating.

We found this place by accident as it’s well hidden and I’m delighted we did. They specialise in Burgers and boast “the best burgers in Ischgl” and they’re not wrong. The chips they serve are also fab. Also, the service you get there is excellent and when you arrive it feels like you are visiting friends. Very well worth a visit if you like good, simple food at a good price in a friendly atmosphere.

Portions are big, burgers are delicious. Went for the Volcano to see if Austrians know how to ramp up the heat. This one does!

BMC -Beef meet Chicken -was the surprising combination of the chicken and beef what’s going perfect together .Nice staff.
