Cafe Busy Bean (berlin)

Was not able to get coffee because their system “wasn’t accepting” mobile pay.Update on New Britain location; I use to really like this place but recently I went in and had a very scary and strange encounter with an employee. He surprised me from behind and scared me while also physically embracing me as I was waiting at the counter patiently for someone to come out. Needless to say I didn’t get a coffee but literally what in the world was that all about? Ive tried reaching out to the owner but haven’t gotten a response. The employee really scared me and had no reason to touch me or do that, I don’t know him. How is that the only person working?

The tiny girl who works on Saturday morning is very rude , she made my wife a sweet coffee with Hazlnenut . She asked her to re do the coffee . And she was rude to tell my wife that she will not add any flavors , even my wife didn’t ask her not to add ..

Beautiful cafe in the heart of downtown New Britain. I posted up to get some work done here today: great customer service, clean facility and an studious aesthetic with a good beverage variety, bagels and selection of deserts. Will be back!

If you love to drink coffee, then this place is a must! The coffee was perfectly prepared and the pastries were amazing, with the perfect sweetness. We had a pistachio and cream cheese cake and a triple chocolate cake.
