Of course, it 's a little hot in the small room to the left of the kitchen, but the service is so attentive that it encourages kindness. Gleich dreimal innerhalb von zwei Wochen waren wir hier zum Essen. Volltreffer! Perfekt arrangierte Speisen mit Finesse im Geschmack, dazu eine tolle regionale Weinauswahl. Kräuter und Tee (Verveine) aus dem eigenen Garten! Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Und das alles trotz der Nähe zu Crans-Montana zu annehmbaren Preisen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Nestled between Sierre and Crans-Montana, this culinary gem is worth the detour. The service is not left out. We feel good and we leave already thinking about the next visit to Café Cher-Mignon.
