a couple steps away is a craftsmanship like we don't do anymore. from where I was going out after I put a chair to get straight and a table to get rid of. brief. For me its an essential cafe that I have to visit whenever I am in Paris. The food choice is very simple but the taste is fantastic. Especialky the assiette de st germain ( sandwich with roast beef). But you can also try assiette de normandique. During the lunchtime there is quite a lot of queue for this cosy little cafe. But don't give up and wait till you are seated. Takes upmost 15-20 minutes. It will worth for the trouble.
