Cafe du Chateau - Reservar uma mesa

I spent a week in the charming town of Langeais, and my trip started and ended at Cafe du Chateau! It is a cute little cafe in the heart of Langeais, just steps away from a medieval castle. The lunch was amazing! Fresh fish in lunch of the day and delicious salads. The breakfast and café au lait were delicious too! Friendly staff that make you feel like a local! I would highly recommend, and can't wait to go back!!

Arrived looking for a quick bite with friends. They were almost full but squeezed in our table of six with a few shuffles. Food is basic but tasty and good value for money. All the usuals on the menu. Children very well catered for. Not haute cuisine, but good basic fare.

Early morning arrival and needed a pick me up.... sadly coffee was weak and therefore sadly cannot give this cafe a good review as it was worse then Tim Hortons Maybe the food is good??

Tried on a few occasions. Coffee OK, a bit weak as others have said Patisseries good.....lemon basil tart exceptional Friendly welcome

Good food but watch out for the surcharge for eating there which is a whopping €4 per person making a baguette over €8
