Booked brunch for 4 people by phone a week in advance. When we arrive, as agreed, there is no brunch available due to a lack of staff. Not a single guest on Sunday at 10.30am. Breakfast for 4 people was ordered after the disappointment. There should be 9 rolls. 4 light baked rolls arrived. When we asked for wholemeal rolls we had to wait 20 minutes before 4 more baked rolls arrived. Butter was only served upon request. Upon request, salmon was no longer available. Just disappointing. Otherwise great atmosphere.
