Cafe Frechdax - Reservar uma mesa

Since 1997, the Böblinger Traditionsbäckerei Frech has been leading a booming bistro dependance, prominently located at the lower sea, with the word-player name Frechdax. Why the breakfast arrangements bear literary bonds Astrid Lindgren , Don Quichotte , but Jim Button also does not surrender to our bibliophilous group. I love the breakfast Agatha Christie, on Sundays like Astrid Lindgren. From 11 o'clock changing lunch. Take a salad or a mouthbag arrangement. In summer it sits very nice on the terrace overlooking the lower lake. Since the restaurant has opened from morning to evening, it is always up to breakfast, for a snack to meet friends, to drink a coffee for a short time, for a quart...

I stopped by here for coffee when I went to the ENT doctor upstair. They have good view of the park. The cafe was very cleaned. I didn't go to their restaurant section, but at the bakery section. They have good selections of bread and baked goods. I'm sure their stuffs must be delicious because people kept coming in to get their goodies. I enjoyed my coffee. I plan to go back in the spring with the children to get the baked goods there & picnic in the park!

I stopped by this place on a very hot day - sat down and asked the waiter for a cold Coke. He then told me (quite bruskely) that he didn't understand me and that when in Germany, I should speak German. I told him to go forth and multiply and walked out, after he'd grabbed hold of my right-hand wrist. I'd advise any non-German speaking people to stay clear of it.

We've been here a few times. Great location, the place is modern, on two levels and a bit shiki-miki, as the Germans would say. Good for a small meal (as well as good), do not miss the big cake selection (coupled to a fantastic bakery) A very pleasant place. It is often crowded and the service can be a bit long.
