Cafe Grounded Brislington

Very interesting to read the last review as felt like our experience too. This is copied from my review in google: First off I will say that the food was excellent . It 's a bit confusing wether your are supposed to sit yourself or wait at the door etc, get your own menus or order at the bar? There 's a sign on the door saying #takeaway.... so we did thst but no one brought us a menu. After a while I noticed there were a few by the bar so my friend grabbed them and then at the bottom of the menu it does say order at the bar . We ordered the bigger of the two main breakfasts as it comes with black pudding. When the food came there was no vlack pudding and also tomatoes were missing. I politel...

I am writing this review to urge the owners of this restaurant to provide more support for their serving staff. During our visit on a busy weekend night, every table was occupied and there was only one young female server who was working hard to keep up with the long line at the bar. She was friendly and professional, but clearly needed help due to the high number of customers. It is important to ensure that the staff, especially young employees, are properly supported and that there are enough people on duty to handle tasks such as changing barrels and refilling sauces during busy times.

We attended a pizza party for my daughter at this restaurant. She and her friends had a fantastic time. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. The kids all loved their pizzas. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past year. The food is consistently good and the service is top-notch. It always appears to be quite busy.
