Als wir am Sonntag dort waren waren wenig Plätze frei und das Geschäft brummte. Das Bedienungspersonal war dennoch sehr freundlich. Der Windbeutelschwan ist sehr beeindruckend groß und lecker, aber für eine Person zu viel. Zum Ende wurde es etwas laut, denn der Chef in der Küche wirkte überfordert und beschimpfte lauthals sein Personal-schade.

Ein Besuch im Café Knusperhäuschen ist Pflicht wenn man in Bad Wildungen unterwegs ist. Das Warten auf einen freien Tisch lohnt sich. Der Windbeutelschwan ist einmalig der Service sehr freundlich.

schönes Cafe, es gibt Windbeutel in Form eines schwans, sehr lecker aber unvernünftig groß, habe dennoch alles gegessen weil es sehr gut war.
