Cafe La Fortuna Willowbrook

My wife and I have been loyal Fortuna customers, but today?s experience was a complete turn off. My wife had an ice tea and she ask for a refill, we?ll to my surprise I was told no refills by the woman at the register and I was charged $5.00. So for twocups of flavoured water we paid $10.00. I don?t mind supporting local businesses, but not when they gouge the customer. Keep inmind I paid more for the water (Ice Tea) than their signature coffee.... sorry Al, we won?t be back for awhile.

This is undoubtedly one of the best cafes in town. The staff is exceptionally friendly and provided excellent recommendations. Their cappuccino was flawless! I will definitely be returning soon.
