I was excited on the morning that the husband said to me we would have lunch at Seehaus restaurant. It's about an hour's drive from Munich but we had stuff to do in the area so it was gonna be a lovely treat. I have been at this restaurant at least three times before and I've always liked the food, the staff are polite and it has an amazing view of the Ammersee (lake Ammer). I had saibling fish, it's similar to trout and it was not only delicious but well presented. Am hoping hubby will ask me out again to this restaurant when am I visit Munich again.

Great. Fantastic. Location direct at the lake Ammersee. Inside and outside comfortable tables. Lunch: as starter the „Kürbiseintopf Picante“, that’s my taste, 5 stars. Main dish: „Maishähnchenbrust mit Petersilienrisotto“, on point done, 5 stars. Finally the Dessert: Can’t remember the name something with Mango epic ! And I told the Service that I will start „would like“ from the beginning again... really enjoyed this great lunch with nice view to lake on a cold autumn day. Will come back for sure.

This French restaurant , under the guidence and leadership of the daughter , guaranteeing high gourmet quality , excellent service , known far beyond the local area. Most people coming from Munich to enjoy taste and quality. Absolutely 5 star and van compete with Munich 5 star restsurants. Wondrful location lake dide Ammersee with romantic sundowners and besutiful moon shine nights. Big terrace for outside dining. There is no choice but to go Reserve uma mesa agora

We visited here to have a lunch. The place is in front of Ammersee which was really nice place to have a open-air lunch. Seeteufel was simply great Bayerish food (I separate it from typical German food) which I think has some similarity with Austrian Tyrol food. Anyway, I definitely recommend here. Not only the food but waitresses were also very friendly and kind. Guests were equally friendly.

What a wonderful place to plan a wedding! The location makes the most of it, but the service and the food gaved the place more charm. Located on the Ammersee lake, a summer wedding was the perfect event to get to know this place. Food was amazing and the service impecable.

Probably the worst steak I have had in Germany, my winter tyres would have tasted more succulent. Restaurant almost empty, should have seen the signs, very poor, would not recommend a meal, however, they do good chips...
