Cafe Rio - Reservar uma mesa

This location is near a Trader Joe’s and some other great shopping off of Union Park Avenue. Plenty of parking and rarely too busy. The staff is generally helpful, but doesn’t have the best customer service of other Cafe Rio stores that I have visited. I even got to chat with the manager once and he was pretty dismissive when I brought an issue to his attention. And I get it, nobody wants to be told how to run their restaurant, but listening to customer’s is an important aspect to running a business. A little better leadership and training would take this Cafe rio location to much better bottom lines.

The food is amazing as usual. Portions were as expected. Service was on point, fast, and friendly. The location is perfect as it is in a shopping plaza and parking is ample. They are taking proper measures to ensure safety of all during this pandemic. I am sad that chocolate flan was discontinued. Please bring that back. The tres leches is amazing though. Highly recommend

The ladies in my office eat here once a week and today we did the entire office so there were about 12 meals to be ordered, prepared and picked up. They were completed when we got there and they were patient while we checked to make sure all sauces and such were included. Best spot for your Cafe Rio craving!!

Super yummy!! Only downside was the horchata was warm and not mixed, and the portions aren’t as big as other locations. But still tasted amazing!!! There was also a hair in the food haha
